I’m attempting to organize gluten free information so that you can find facts quickly and make a fast and accurate decision about the value of that information. The Seven Habits of Highly Successful Celiacs will be available on Sunday June 15 and is — at least for now — available to anyone who uses the button in the middle column to contact me.
I’ve also added new “Successful Celiac’s Guides” to the site. These guides help me organize information in ways that hopefully will be useful to you. Check out the list in the right column. I’m in the process of writing guides to celiac living in each of the 50 states. Check out the widget called “Gluten Free America” in the right column. I'm writing these state-by-state guides pretty much in random order. Send me an e-mail at gfceliac@gmail.com I'll yell you when I plan to publish your state. If necessary, I'll put it on my "states to do" list.
I’m thrilled by the changes that have come about in the last decade. I was diagnosed in 1999. Very few options for celiacs existed, and I was unaware of most of them. I recall having a goal was to enjoy a gluten free meal that was totally different from the one I had the night before. I started this blog in 2002. I vowed to write each day, but that was often impossible. I had time to write, just not the resources. Today I have 12000 plus visitors a month and a two page list of article ideas. I hope the 21st century has been great celiac-wise and that this site has been a blessing to you..
