This three part video involves a celiac spending time in a food store with a nutritionist in hand. I watched this video at least twice and didn’t catch the name of the store but that is not the point. In the course of this shopping trip, they talk about several different products and discuss points that concern all celiac shoppers. I also have no idea why the video is divided in three parts. But, You Tube knows best. Watching all three parts takes about 24 minutes.
