The support group Gluten Free Louisville publishes a long list of local and out-of-town restaurants. Most of the recommendations include comments and are based on first-hand experiences of group members. The support group in Lexington suggests some restaurants, but the main value of this site is the large collection of informative articles that they publish.

 At least 14 restaurant chains provide opportunities for gluten free dining in Kentucky. Chang’s China Bistro, Romano’s Macaroni Grill, Uno’s Chicago Grill.

 Whole Foods Markets are available in both Lexington and Louisville. Kroger Supermarkets are available in the Louisville. Kroger publishes an excellent list of gluten free products.
