I recently discovered gluten free restaurants in Massachusetts, New York, Rhode Island, and Texas and added them to my Successful Celiac’s Guide to Gluten Free Restaurants.

 I am in the process of revising this section of the blog. Too much information!!!!! What a wonderful problem . I remember when celiacs were lucky to find a restaurant meal anywhere and now we have literally thousands of choices. Eventually, I will write an article about each of the fifty states. Persons seeking gluten free meals, places to purchase food, and other information about gluten free resources should be able to find them.
