This video cooking demonstration involves gluten free / casein free French toast. The demonstrator recommends making the toast in large quantities and freezing (before cooking) the toast that will not be used immediately. What a wonderful time saver for any family!!!!!! Another great thing about this recipe is that it seems to work best when the bread is stale and this recipe is apparently appropriate after you have tried a bread recipe that “doesn’t quite come out right”. In my gluten free household, stale bread is as easy to find as recipe experiments that I will try to convert into French toast.
