These gluten free brownie cookies taste great, have an appetizing chewy texture, and are non-crumbly enough to be ideal for the celiac who carries a lunch to work or to school. They are gluten free, dairy free, and contain no soy, corn, nuts, or “anything artificial”. They are kosher, vegan, and contain no transfats. They are manufactured by Enjoy Life Foods and available on-line at The Gluten Free Mall.

 The package suggests that the cookies be warmed for a fresh-baked taste. I agree: 10 seconds  work well in my microwave. One minor criticism: the cookies seem to dry rather quickly once the inner seal is broken. My personal plan is to enjoy these cookies in situations where the box will consumed within 24 hours. Actually, that is not a problem: the box contains twelve cookies and no one will want to stop with just one. Persons  followng the celiac disease  diet will find pleasure in these cookies and share them with all their friends.
