I just finished adding four more bakeries — three in Oregon and one in Massachusetts  — to my "Successful Celiac’s Guide to Gluten Free Bakeries and Cafes". With each addition, we get closer to the dream of enjoying a great cup of coffee and a fresh and delicious gluten free pastry anywhere in America. Most of the information comes from celiacs who use this site, have first hand information that is n ot-yet on the web, and wish to share with the gluten free community. All the "Successful Celiac’s Guides" are listed in the "widget" in the top right corner of the page. These guides are constantly being expanded, and eventually will include all the relevant information that I have been able to collect.
