Carrabba’s Italian Grill has locations across the country, posts its gluten free menu on the internet, and is certainly not your run-in-the-mill franchise restaurant. To get a better idea, read this review of their restaurant in Louisville, Kentucky. I can’t guarantee that all the restaurants are like this one, but the prospects look good.

 Carrabbas is part of a restaurant group, “… that was founded in 1988 by those who believe in hospitality, sharing, quality, being courageous and having fun! OSI Restaurant Partners, LLC is a company of restaurants that owns and operates Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba's Italian Grill, Roy's Restaurant, Bonefish Grill, Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar, Lee Roy Selmon's, Cheeseburger in Paradise and Blue Coral Seafood & Spirits.” (I got this information from The Outback Steakhouse website.) I’ll review these places (at least those that have gluten free options) in my Monday series of restaurant reviews. My target for next Monday is The Bonefish Grill.
