Wednesday’s articles will feature grocery stores and supermarkets who accommodate gluten free shoppers and by publishing lists of celiac friendly foods. Last week I talked about Whole Foods Market. This week I will focus on Trader Joe’s.

My topic for Saturdays is gluten free shopping on-line. I published an introductory article yesterday. Next Saturday I will report on The Gluten Free Pantry.
I hope some of you are actually reading this article. I wrote if for myself basically. I do better work when I set deadlines and make schedules for myself. I'm likely to be more successful when people are aware of my promises. Wish me luck in keeping up with this schedule.
