I am a newly diagnosed, person with celiac's. I live in rural wisconsin, where it is not easy to get products. Local grocery stores have limited items, and if you mention you have this disease, most look at you with a blank expression on their face. It is frustrating to adapt. I depend on online websites for information , such as yours, and businesses that ship food. Finding food that actually tastes good is really problematic. I thank you for information you provide.

I am a new gluten free bread baking start-up out of NJ (Miller's Gluten Free Bread Co. LLC) I know that your website is a great product resource. How might go about putting my products up on your website? I make traditional Russian pierogies based on old family recipes, now using my own recipe for GF dough. I also make frozen cookie dough, croutons, specialty breads (Asiago, Cinnamon Streusel) and thin pizza crusts. I have tried many of the products you carry and feel mine would do well on your site. Let me know what you think. I agree; the Internet is the way to go with gf foods.
