This burrito meets the needs of a child who requires a gluten free casein free (GF/CF) diet, is the only family member who requires this special diet, and refuses to eat vegetables that she can see or taste. It even includes information about how to prepare simulated refried beans. The video is seven minutes long and the whole cooking process takes about ten minutes. Looks great to me!
