I knew I’d love this gluten free bread even before it came out of the oven. The delicious aroma reminded me of my grandmother’s kitchen and a day when everyone (not just people on the celiac disease diet) enjoyed home made bread regularly. Also, I have become a tremendous fan of Dr. Shar products since I began reviewing them for The Gluten Free Mall..

The bread is gluten free and dairy free and is prepared in dedicated facility. The bread has a wonderful softy texture and light consistency. We baked it a conventional oven but there are instructions for using a bread machine. The package suggests using the mixture  to make rolls or pizza crusts and I can imagine many other uses.
