I have collected thousands (probably 10s of thousands) of pieces of information about celiac disease and the gluten free diet. My task now is to organize that information so that it is useful to me and to you and remains accessible even after the passage of time.

  My “Successful Celiac’s Guides to ….” seems to be the best way to do this. I’m comfortable with the format and  the number of visits to this site has increased sharply since I made the changes.

  Originally, I had planned to use the sidebar columns of this page to link to the Guides. That did not work — there is simply not enough room to do the job adequately. So, I’m trying a new format that can expand as far as it needs to.
