Gluten Free Passover

An article titled Why Passover is a Gluten Free Goldmine was published list year on the blog Gluten Free-Bay. I’m a Methodist, so I probably have no business writing this article, but I do know that the term “non-gebrotz” means made-without-wheat, that these foods will be readily available during and just before Passover, and that this would be a great time for people like me to experiment. I am totally unqualified to advise anyone on how to observe Passover.
Collections of appropriate recipes are available from The Allergy Grocer and Recipezaar.com. The Gluten Free Mall labels its products Kosher wherever this is appropriate.

Passover starts on April 20th this year You will see other dates mentioned on the links above. This merely means that the article was written prior to 2008.

Thanks for this resource. Please note that when the date for a Jewish holiday is given on a mainstream calendar, it means that the holiday begins at sundown the night before. So Passover actually begins the evening of April 19, 2008, and that is the night of the first seder (meal).
