Today I added celiac-friendly restaurants in Arizona, Idaho, and Oregon to my “Guide to Gluten Free Restaurants” and two restaurant chains to my “Guide to Chain Restaurants Serving Gluten Free Meals”.

  Perhaps you have wondered about the difference between these two web guides. Is there some significant distinction between a gluten free restaurant and a gluten free chain restaurant? No, at least not from your point-of-view. For me, the important difference is that the restaurant chains usually operate in more than one state and therefore the state-by-state format that I use other guide is not useable.
