A Great Gluten Free Pizza Mix

Last evening I enjoyed homemade gluten free pizza made with the mix produced by Bob’s Red Mill. The crust tasted great, was easy cut, and had a great taste and texture. Perhaps the most unusal thing about the crust is that was so easy to prepare. We enjoyed the pizza a little more than one hour after we began the process. My non-celiac wife and I both consider this pizza to be excellent..
