“The Successful Celiac’s Guide to Gluten Free Restaurants” has been expanded to include twenty four restaurants in nine states. When this project is completed, it will cover the nation listing restaurants that offer gluten free meals and are unique places that reflect the local culture and cuisine but are not part of any “restaurant chain”.
