“The Successful Celiac’s Guide to Gluten Free Restaurants” has been expanded to include twenty four restaurants in nine states. When this project is completed, it will cover the nation listing restaurants that offer gluten free meals and are unique places that reflect the local culture and cuisine but are not part of any “restaurant chain”. 

Many more dining opportunities are listed in “The Successful Celiac’s Guide to Chain Restaurants Providing Gluten Free Meals”. This guide provides information about thousands of opportunities for celiac friendly meals.
