Successful Celiac Guides:
Supporting the Gluten Free Lifestyle
Posted on 2:03 pm by Gluten Free Guy
Shortly after my celiac diagnosis in 1999, I entered the term “gluten free” into the Google Search Engine and was bewildered to find more than seven million references to that term. I tried to wade through this informational diarrhea and later began to share what I had learned on this blog.
Now I have “too much information”. The best way to make sense out of it seems to be to publish articles based on what I have learned in the past few days and then incorporate that data into a series of major articles I call “Successful Celiac’s Guides”. I need these summaries and I suspect that you do too.
Currently, there are five guides available:
“Restaurants Serving Gluten Free Pizza / The Successful Celiac’s Guide to Pizzerias”
“Gluten Free Restaurants in San Francisco / The Successful Celiac’s Guide to Dining Out / in The City by the Bay”
"Gluten Free Bakeries / The Successful Celiac's Guide to / Retail Bakeries and Cafes"
Additional guides are added frequently, and additional information is posted every day. I know that you will want to return here so I have placed a button labeled CELIAC GUIDES in the bar below the site’s logo. Click on those words to return here.

What about a Gluten Free singles website? I keep seeing hints about one, but I only get lost into a web of deceit into the internet.
