Dr. Schar Gluten Free Table Crackers:
a Product Review
Posted on 10:26 am by Gluten Free Guy
Dr, Schars table crackers have a rich, buttery taste that my non-celiac wife and I rated delicious and a welcome change-of-pace. They are made with rice flour, potato starch, and buckwheat flour and are wheat and gluten free, lactose free, egg free, and soy free and are available on-line from The Gluten Free Mall.
We enjoyed these crackers with chili. The crackers are a bit crumbly so I would not recommend attempting to spread peanut butter (or anything of that consistency) on them. They’re great with soft cheese or preserves.
I only recently had the privilege of trying Dr. Schar products. We will be serving them to all our mealtime guests and they will certainly become a major component in my celiac disease diet.

I am half Italian and a very fussy eater, developed celiac 4yrs ago and my dad, sister, and 2 nephews also have it. Dr. Schar is by far the best bread dough as well, I have tried every bread mix on the market and this one is the best, the Italians know how to do bread, both Mix B and C are great, I like mix C best.
These crackers are excellent, thought they tend to crumble they are great with butter and tea or in soups, excellent crackers and I highly recommend you try the Schar bread dough if you can find it in stock, I buy several pkgs when I order because often it is out of stock.
