Great Gluten Free Pizza Discoveries
Posted on 5:20 am by Gluten Free Guy
I am pleased to report my discover of 28 gluten free pizzerias and proud to inform you that I have included in this new information into a new feature of my blog which I'm calling The Ultimate Guide to Restaurants that Serve Gluten Free Pizza.
The first 24 winners are operated by Lou Malnati's Pizzeria in Chicago. The crust for their crustless pizza is actually a layer of sausage.
I learned about these places from their supplier of gluten free pizza crusts:
- Mangia Trattoria in Glen Rock, New Jersey
- Ciao! in Eastchester, New York
- Villa Milano, in Manhasset, New York
The New York City Celiac Disease Meetup Group meets reguarly at the Bistango Restaurant which has also been recognized by The Gluten Free Restaurant Aareness Program. Pizza is featured prominantly on its gluten free menu.
I have added this information to my newly developed Ultimate Guide to Restaurants that Serve Guten Free Pizza. Eventually, this guide will enable you to enjoy gluten free pizza in every state in the union.

brian blair :
I had a great GF pizza at Aurellio's in Addison, IL.
It is the best I have had since diagnosed in '06.It has a real crust, unlike Malnotti;s, I've heard their location in Homewood also serves GF pizza.
I just called the Geneva store tonight, I really want pizza, but they do not
offer it, at least for now.
I'm still trying to figure out this site, but will continue to check it out, now that I found it.
