Hello, I just read your comment’s on the girl scout cookie situation and it is a sad problem . I have 3 grandaughter’s and we alway’s buy ton’s of the cookie’s but when the time rolled around to buy again after my grandaughter’s celiac diagnosis we bought away but sadly gave away ! The recipe you spoke of for thin mint’s from the glutenfreemom.com website is nowhere to be found .Did you ever try it as you said you might ?
