		<description>The Pier 49 Pizza in Downtown Salt Lake City, UT has gluten free pizza. Call at least 20-30 minutes ahead of time to make sure they have the crust in. I found this out from the Gluten Free Utah newsletter. And I called the Restaurant to make sure.
