Celiac Friendly Bagels: a Gluten Free Food Review

0 Comments 06 January 2008

These celiac friendly bagels are made in a dedicated facility from tapioca and rice flour and are both gluten and dairy free. They are designed to be kept frozen until used. The instructions say “while not necessary, microwaving or toasting improves flavor and texture”. I heartily agree, but I have not yet discovered the correct amount of microwave or toaster time.  Anyway, it’s a treat to be eating bagels and they certainly taste great at breakfast.
