Gluten Free Chinese New Year

Celiacs can join in the Chinese New Year celebrationr, particularly if they are willing to experiment with oriental cooking. The Year of the Rat, 4706, begins on February 7. Click here for more information about this festival.
Your first task will be to find gluten free soy sauce. It is usually made from wheat, but gluten free versions are available. Check out my article on “gluten free soy and teriyaki sauce”.
