Mexican Harvest Golden Flax Crackers are gluten free, high in fiber, and are dairy and soy free. They are advertised as having “a powerful south of the border taste”; I totally agree and would add the word “delicious”. The package suggests that they be used with dips, but I can’t think of a dip that would improve the flavor or texture of this cracker.

  The package reminds us to “be sure to drink extra liquids when consuming any high fiber food”. I have decided that I prefer these tasty crackers to the fiber supplement that I take routinely. They taste great and are good for me: wonderful reasons to keep a supply of these crackers in my house. When I am eating them, I don't feel like a person on a celiac disease diet (or any diet for that matter).

  These flaxseed crackers are available with several variations: Italian Zest, Maple Cinnamon, Onion-Garlic, and Regular. All are available from The Gluten Free Mall.
