I recently enjoyed cinnamon muffins made from the recipe on the back of the white rice flour package from Bob’s Red Mill. They were so tasty that I told my hostess to forget about her plan to make me celiac friendly dinner rolls. I just wanted to finish up the muffins. I recommend these muffins!!!
