The activity on this site indicates that the quest for gluten free restaurants in the primary concern of the celiac community. That certainly matches my own experience: my home is — and will always be — gluten free. My family and close friends understand my needs and are gracious enough to accomodate them. But things get difficult when I venture away from home.

Given what I have just said, my mission is to help my fellow celiacs but organizing all the information I have about gluten free restaurants into one convenient and easily accessible place. I’m experimenting with "The Gluten Free Restaurant Widget". It’s at the top of the right column of the page. Soon it will list every state and a shortened title of every article I have written about gluten free restaurants. This widget is my Christmas gift to the celiac communitty
