I recently discovered five new restaurant chains that post gluten free menus:
Not Your Average Joe’s describes itself as "creative casual cuisine". I gather that these restaurants are primarily located in New England; the site gives street addresses but not state names. Click on the restaurant name to get restaurant locations or click here to read their gluten free menu.

The Longhorn Steakhouse has locations in 28 states. Click on the restaurant name for specific locations or click here to read their recommendations for gluten free dining. States served are: AL, AZ, CT, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MS, MO, NH, NJ, NC, OH, PA, PR, RI, SC, TN, VT, WV.
The Old Spagehetti Factory indicates on its downloadable menu that "gluten free pasta" is available. I’ve read comments to the effect that this does not always work smoothly, so I suggest that you call in advance of your visit: that way you will know exactly what to expect and the restaurant will have an ample time to prepare a pot of gluten free pasta before you arrive. Click on the restaurant name to get addresses of specific restaurants, the hours that they are open, and a copy of their downloadable menu. States served are WA, ID, HI, MO, KY, OR, UT, CO, IN, TN, CA, AZ, MN, OH, and GA.
The Kona Grill serves delicious meals in NV, AR, CO, NE, KS, TX, IL, IN, MI, and CT. Click on the restaurant name for locations. Click here to read their gluten free menu.
Firebird’s Rocky Mountain Grill serves twelve locations in AZ, NE, TN, AL, NC, VA, and NJ. Click on the restaurant name for specific locations. Click here to read their downloadable gluten free menu.
