Great Gifts for the Gluten Free Chef or Baker

0 Comments 11 December 2007

Here are two great gifts for the gluten fee chef or baker. They are significant investments, but they will surely save time, improve both the quality of the baked goods and the celiac friendly lifestyle of the people who consume them.

A Bread Machine. Baking gluten free will be easier and more productive if the chef has access to a heavy-duty bread machine that can be programmed to meet our specific needs. Read my article "A Bread Machine for Gluten Free Baking" for details.

A Vita-Mix Blender. This machine is powerful enough to grind gluten free grains into celiac friendly flour thus guaranteeing freshness, purity, and low cost. The blender is powerful enough to meet any needs that may arise in a gluten free kitchen. My article "Gluten Free Free Bread From Flour You’ve Ground Yourself" will give you all the information you need.

I’ve incorporated (or soon will incorporate) this information into my article "Have a Gluten Free Christmas". Enjoy! Good luck with your holiday shopping! Merry Christmas!
