I've recently fallen in love with Mrs. May's Natural…Crunch. I put three dots into that title because there are at least twelve different varieties. In this case, at least, "Crunch" means pieces that are larger than granola (and thus less messy to eat) but smaller than candy bars. These snacks consist entirely of fruits and nuts. They are manufactured in a peanut free facility, and are gluten free, milk free, corn free, egg free, soy free, and kosher. There are no trans-fats, cholesterol, or artificial colorings. They can be purchased on-line at the site mentioned above or at The Gluten Free Mall. (Click on the picture below if you wish to order from "The Mall".) I chose the Coconut-Almond variety because it is a personal favorite. I'm looking forward to trying them all.
