Toast Bread by Garbo: a Gluten Free Product Review

I’m not sure why this gluten free loaf is called "toast bread". It makes great toast, but it has earned a place in my celiac friendly kitchen because it makes marvelous sandwiches. The nutty taste, the nuts embedded in the crust, and its non-crumbly texture makes it ideally suited to that purpose. I’d like it even better if the slices were larger so that my sandwiches could be bigger; but, we can’t have everything.

Garbo toast bread is gluten free, kosher, dairy free, and produced in a gluten free environment. It is a real blessing to anyone on the celiac disease diet and is available frozen from The Gluten Free Mall.

where do you buy this bread? Garbo Toast Bread? The Gluten Free Guy’s Response: You can purchase this on-line by clicking on the picture. Unfortunately, I have no idea where to buy in locally. Garbo does not seem to have a website. The Gluten Free Mall ships this product frozen and shipping frozen food is prohibitively expensive unless you are buying in quantity. I hope someone can answer this question. I’d love to be able to order more of this bread.
