I just got back from a great vacation in Arizona. Before I left, I wrote several articles and my computer published them automatically every other day. Now I’m back and will return to my habit of publishing daily. As soon as I am finished with this, I’ll type in the article I wrote on the plane — comments on all the reasons I have to be thankful for my celiac experience this year. After that. I’ll publish my thoughts on living gluten free in Arizona. Short answer: it was great!
