My Dream: a Gluten Free Pizza Chain

1 Comment 09 November 2007

I was totally surprised and happy when Anheuser-Bush introduced Redbridge — a gluten free beer now available nationwide. I drink beer occasionally, but what really excited me was that a national company was finally paying attention to us, caring about us, and realizing that they could make a lot of money selling gluten free food to us.

What’s the next step: my hope is that someday soon one of the major pizza chains will provide gluten free pizza. It wouldn’t be that difficult, especially if the crusts were prepared off premises. Let’s think big, do everything we possibly can do to interest individual of chain pizza parlors to serve us. and encourage others to do the same. Good luck to all of us.
