A Celiac Friendly Taco Party: Where Everyone Eats Gluten Free

A taco party is one of those rare occasions where everyone eats gluten free and no one needs to worry about cross contamination or the negative feelings that are sometimes associated with "diet foods". The only problem is finding tacos that are 100% corn free. Mission brand meet meet that criteria; click here if you need to find a retailer who sells them locally.

The video clip is narrated by an Australian who obviously knows how to prepare a great taco filling and enjoys a good party. Since she is from down under, she will mention brands that you are not used to, but it should be easy to find American equivalents. Enjoy!
