Dad's Gluten Free Pizza Crust: a Product Review

Posted on 11:06 am by Gluten Free Guy

Dad's Gluten Free Pizza Crust is great by all my criteria: it brought back happy memories of my pre-celiac diet days, a non-celiac friend agreed that the taste is excellent, and the manufacturer sets aside a separate room in his kitchen for gluten free baking. The directions specify that the pizza is to be cooked on a baking sheet; some pizzas instruct you to put the pizza directly on the oven rack thus increasing the possiblity off cross-contamination and/or a messy oven.

The package directions tells how to use the crusts to prepare cheese bread and bread sticks. I am looking forward to trying these treats. Dad's Pizza Crust can be stored frozen for three months. It is available from The Gluten Free Mall. Enjoy!

Disclosure: I am compensated by The Gluten Free Mall for these food reviews. The company selects the food products that are to be reviewed but encourages me to be honest and straight-forward in my reviews and has never interfered with what I have to say.
