I have a strong hunch that this page is not finished. I can't imagine why restrauranteers would go to a great deal of effort to make their eating place gluten free and then not advertise that fact on the internet. I do know that it happens; chefs and web masters do not talk to each other. So I urge everyone who has the good fortune to be in Veront to share their first hand knowledge with me and with the 5000+ celiacs and friends of celiacs who visit this site every month. Bridget :
I live in Burlington, and I honestly don't know who wrote this but I have to wonder…I called the owner/chef of Big FAtty's the week they opened, and he told me their sauce is NOT gf. Also, there is no PF Chang's anywhere even NEAR VT…so I have no idea why this is on the list. The 99? HA! Good luck finding a celiac friendly meal there…

Gluten Free Guy :
Bridget, wow, thank you so much. Part of the fun of doing a Website out of Portland Oregon is that you have to trust what people tell you about other sites - like I'm trusting you here.
In terms of Big Fatty's, that one came from a user comment. I'll be updating the site accordingly - thank you so much.
RE PF Chang's, I got that information from their site.
The 99, that's a chain restaurant proud of their gluten free meals. Head over to their site for more information.
Thanks for the note!
