Is there a gluten free singles scene? There should be. I can’t imagine anything more frustrating than trying to explain the implications of celiac disease during the early stages of a dating relationship.

This is my third attempt to write on this subject. Unfortunately, my second article did nothing but announce that the site that I publicized in the first article had gone out of business!

I tried it again this morning and discovered two "match up" sites that allow you to use "celiac" as a search term when seeking possible contacts. The sites are called "Chronic Babe", which works with people with all chronic diseases, and "OK Cupid" which probably does the same thing.

I did not pursue the matter further. Both sites require that you register. I guard my privacy carefully. I’ve been happily married since before the internet was invented and would not recognize a quality dating site if I saw one.
