Here's are some awesome ideas for baking a gluten free pizza. Our chef and hostess for these videos is  a fellow celiac as well as being a person who is a pleasure to watch. There are four different pizzas and a delicious sauce involved in this two part  demonstration. Our hostess prepares three delicious pizzas made with dough balls made by The Brazilian Cheese Bread Company. There are local dealers listed at their site, and you can order on-line from Harmony Health Foods. The fourth pizza uses slabs of egg plant as a crust.
