The Gluten Free Pantry makes gluten free shopping easier for all of us. Everything they have is celiac friendly; there is no need for "defensive shopping". Just about everything you need is available in one place; there is no need to make several small orders; the cost of shipping one or two items is prohibitive, the shipping cost per item drops dramatically if you make a relatively large order. All ingredients are listed on all items and the type is large and readable; refreshingly different from what we experience in our local supermarket.
