For breakfast this morning I enjoyed the gluten free/dairy free frozen pancakes distributed by Trader Joe’s. The flavor was excellent and the soft moist texture was amazing. According to the directions on the package, it is is crucial that they be microwaved for the correct length of time. I was successful following the directions as printed.
Does anyone have thoughts about gluten free breakfasts? I can’t speak for everyone, of course, but I know that I need something hot, tasty, and quick and easy (my eyes are not fully open) to prepare. My e-mail is gfceliac@gmail.com.
