DaVinci brand flavoring syrups are declared celiac friendly at the company’s web site. The only exception is sugar free dolce de leche. I’m feeling much better after switching to that brand. I can’t prove what caused the problem and therefore I won’t name the possible offender, but I suffered the type of reaction that builds up over time from consuming small quantities of a gluten-toxic food. I love flavored coffee and could find no other brand that would or could promise me a gluten free product. Enjoy your morning coffee!
