9/8/07 Ener-G Foods packages most of its breads in two-slice vacuum sealed packets. Obviously, you are paying more for the packaging than you are for the bread, but they are certainly convenient. You have purchased the power to make a sandwich in any restaurant that will provide the "fillings"; you can participate in your motel’s continental breakfast if you can figure out some way to deal with the probably-contaminated toaster.

I found this item in the Ener-G Foods catalog but not on-line. I’ve e-mailed them about this and will publish the results as soon as possible. In the meantime, you may wish to order from the catalog or at one of their retail outlets.
