Supermarkets that Post Gluten Free Food Lists

Posted on 3:27 pm by Gluten Free Guy

9/4/07 These supermarkets publish lists of gluten free foods available in their stores. Obviously, things change from day to day so we are still obligated to read every ingredients label every time but these lists give us excellent clues that help us with our defensive shopping.

For each of these supermarket groups, I have provided links that will enable you to find a convenient store location, a link to their gluten free foods list, and a list of states served by each supermarket group.

This article uses the two-letter abbreviations established by the Postal Service. If you need a copy of the list, click here. When you have made your copy, click on the arrow in upper-left corner of your screen to return here.
