At least ten restaurant chains offer great food in Arizona. Click here, scroll down to the restaurant group that interests you, and follow the directions on the screen. To return here, click the green arrow in the upper left corner of the screen. You may need to do this more than once. Restaurant chains serving Arizona include:

My plan is to publish an article like this for each of the fifty states. This is a huge undertaking, but I can do it by covering one state each week. I want to know I have the best possible format before I get too deeply involved. Let me know what you think. To make things more interesting, when you e-mail me with suggestions you can also tell what state to work on next. My e-mail address is gfceliac@gmail.com.
Here's my personal opinion on the subject. There are too many links and too little information. My reason for doing this is simply that writing these fifty articles will be a major project but that keeping them up-to-date would be unrealistic. So, I invented this idea that I am calling "links to links". I'll keep the links up-to-date, and then the article will up-date itself.

Erin S. :
I went to Picazzo Pizza in Sedona, AZ and was overwhelmed by the huge selection of gluten-free pizzas. It was so comforting to walk into a restaurant and have the waitstaff and the kitchen completely understand my dietary needs. It was one of those gluten-free dining moments where I was literally brought to (happy) tears.
I highly recommend this place.
