8/31/07    The Picazzo Pizza Restaurants are among the most famous eating places in gluten-free America. 

   There are at least three local gluten free support groups that publish lists of recommendations for safe dining  in their area.  The Phoenix Celiac Group also publishes a restaurant list. In the Tucson area, study the list published by  The Southern Arizonia Celiac Support Group.  The annual conference of   The Celiac Sprue Association was held in Tucson in September 2007. Their list of recommended restaurants is still on-line.

At least ten restaurant chains offer great food in Arizona. Click here, scroll down to the restaurant group that interests you, and follow the directions on the screen. My plan is to publish an article like this for each of the fifty states. This is a huge undertaking, but I can do it by covering one state each week. I want to know I have the best possible format before I get too deeply involved. Let me know what you think. Here's my personal opinion on the subject. There are too many links and too little information. My reason for doing this is simply that writing these fifty articles will be a major project but that keeping them up-to-date would be unrealistic. So, I invented this idea that I am calling "links to links". I'll keep the links up-to-date, and then the article will up-date itself.
