Gluten Free Bread by Jo-Sef: a Product Review

8/23/07 Gluten Free Apple Bread produced by Jo-sef Gluten Free is one of the few gluten free breads that does not need to be toasted. Just remove a few slices from the freezer, let them set for 10-15 minutes to get the chill off, and enjoy. The bread is not at all crumbly, and has a delicious cinnamon apple taste. It also makes excellent toast, but I think I will reserve it for occasions when I prefer bread. It seems ideally suited for occasions one needs “finger sandwiches” or canapés that are appropriate for the celiac disease diet.

This tasty apple bread is wheat free, gluten free, corn free, kosher, and made without preservatives. It is packaged as frozen food and is distributed by The Gluten Free Mall.

Disclosure: I am  compensated by the Gluten Free Mall for my product reviews but will never let any compensation get in the way of giving you the best possible gluten free/celiac information I can. The Gluten Free Mall selects the items to be reviewed but the company encourages me to be honest and straight-forward and has never attempted to influence what I say.
