Introducing “Suggestions for Successful Celiacs: a Gluten Free Tips List”

8/9/07 I’m beginning a list of “tips” for gluten free living and will add a new tip each day. I don’t plan to erase any of the tips, so the article will soon become very extensive and hopefully more useful. You will be able to access the complete list by going to my VERY IMPORTANT PAGES section in the sidebar and clicking on "Read Suggestions and Tips".

With your help, this list can be a great help to all of us. E-mail your tips to me at gfceliac@gmail.com.  Let me know if you your name or other information published along with your tip. Here’ todays tip:

When traveling, carry packets of gluten free hot cereal. (I use the gluten free grits available at Wal-Mart under their store brand “Great Value”). If you are staying at a motel that offers a “continental breakfast”, you can take part. The breakfast buffet will certainly contain a supply of disposable cereal bowls and a supply of hot water. There will be coffee, and there may be fruit or other items that may interest you. In any case, you will not  leave hungry.

To read more tips and suggestions, go to the VERY IMPORTANT PAGES section of the sidebar and click on "Read Suggestions and Tip". You can also get to the tips article by clicking here.
