They have a dedicated GF menu, and it is a huge menu. Just go in and ask for their GF menu... their Pad Thai and most their curry dishes are GF. They have GF deserts too. Also Belagio's Pizza now offers GF pizza; they even converted their kitchen to use rice flour on the counters instead. I eat Belagio's frequently and never have had a problem. Their food menu clearly marks which items can be prepared gluten free. The best news of all is that they have a gluten free hamburger bun (one of the best I've tried...a bit heavy, of course, but not too dry) and they make a pretty awesome burger!
