The most important thing I’ve done recently is enable you to e-mail me. Why?
- The site is growing faster than I ever dreamed possible, but I am still a relatively small one-person operation and so I can (and intend to) add information sent in by my visitors and even write articles based on their interests. Let’s keep in touch.
- It is still possible to contact me by leaving a comment at the end of the article. The bad news is that that my comments in-box has become a haven for spammers. I’ll wade through everything but you’ll get a much faster and perhaps even a more appropriate response if you e-mail me.

FLASH:I will be publishing two update articles monthly — on the first and third Saturday of the month and will e-mail them to anyone who sends me their address. I will continue to publish them on-line, but I want to do everything that I can possibly do to make sure that we keep in touch. For emphasis, I will repeat my link to my e-mail address.
I added several new restaurants to my article “Gluten Free Dining in Portland, Oregon”. Be sure to check it out if you are so fortunate as to live in the area (as I do) or planning to visit in our lovely and celiac-friendly state.
I have begun using a targeted list of keywords, the words or phrases that celiacs actually type into Google and other search engines when they are searching for information. That way, you will be more likely to find me when you need me.
I’ve discovered that many gluten free establishments do not mention their celiac-friendly status on their site. I’m not sure why anyone would do that; I suspect that the chef is not talking to the web designer. Anyway, I have decided to change my policy and suggest places that my visitors and other experts recommend. Now that you know how to e-mail me, I’m looking forward to reading your comments, questions, and recommendations.
I’ve posted twelve new articles this month. Click on the word HOME in the black bar (actually, you are probably there right now) and browse down the page to read them.
