Fat Sully's Pizza on Colfax (in the Atomic Cafe bar) is by far the best GF bar pizza. He makes his own dough that he told me is heavily flax flour based with some other stuff. It's perfect when fresh out of the oven and just a little chewy when it cools off. The flavor is fantastic and their pie is a great "standard" pizza. By far the best GF pizza I've had anywhere including Basil Docs (soggy crust with little flavor), Beau Jo’s (it's okay), and 5 other places that just offer a packaged rice flour crust that's only acceptable if you don't have other choices.

Pasquini's: They have gluten free options. The first time we went there they did well, last night my friend got sick. When I told them about they said while they have gluten free options, they don't attempt to make sure there is no cross-contamination. So stay away.

I agree about the Udi's -- there bread IS amazing. Nice soft consistency. I hightly recommend everyone try their bread. BUT, their muffins and pasteries are horrible! Icky, dry. Not worth putting in your belly.
