I love this book except for  the title. I first heard the terms celiac and gluten free when I was 61 years old and was really shocked when I realized that they were talking about. That is quite different from being a dummy; I was simply a person who needed a lot of help. I wish that this book had been available in 1999 when I was diagnosed. It starts with the basics of gluten free living: who, what, where, when, and why and brings the reader to the point where the reader is capable of "living — and loving — the gluten free lifestyle".
